Welcome to Word Blazer, a mobile and web-based word game owned and operated by Intellorix LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Intellorix," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Word Blazer application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Word Blazer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
By using Word Blazer, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. License to Use the Service
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Intellorix LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Word Blazer for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Modify or create derivative works from the Service
- Use automation tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with the Service's security systems
All rights not expressly granted to you remain the property of Intellorix LLC.
3. Apple App Store Terms
If you download Word Blazer through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply.
These Terms are between you and Intellorix LLC, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any warranty claims relating to the Service.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
Your use of Word Blazer must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
4. User Accounts and Device Identifiers
Some features of the Service may rely on device identifiers, platform accounts, or game profiles.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information where required
- maintain the security of your device
- accept responsibility for activity associated with your account or device
Intellorix LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your device.
5. Game Rules and Fair Use
Word Blazer is designed to be a fair and competitive game.
Users may not:
- use bots or automated tools
- exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities
- manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores
- reverse engineer game mechanics for unfair advantage
- use scripts or external software to generate answers
If cheating or abuse is detected, Intellorix LLC reserves the right to:
- remove scores
- reset rankings
- suspend accounts
- permanently ban users from the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Service is owned by Intellorix LLC.
This includes software code, graphics, design elements, logos, gameplay systems, text, content, and branding.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Service without prior written permission.
"Word Blazer" and related branding are trademarks of Intellorix LLC.
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Service may offer optional in-app purchases, including premium features, ad removal, cosmetic items, or subscriptions.
Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or other platform providers, not by Intellorix LLC.
All purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant platform provider.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store or platform account settings.
Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.
8. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks.
These advertisements may link to external websites or services.
Intellorix LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, advertising claims, or external websites or services.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Word Blazer Privacy Policy.
Information that may be collected includes device identifiers, gameplay statistics, crash reports, and analytics data.
Intellorix LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
10. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
Intellorix LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions, server downtime, loss of gameplay data, or leaderboard resets.
11. Updates and Changes
Intellorix LLC may release updates that modify gameplay mechanics, scoring systems, features, or the user interface.
Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Termination
Intellorix LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you:
- violate these Terms
- attempt to cheat or manipulate the game
- interfere with the operation of the Service
- abuse other players or the platform
Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, gameplay losses, or leaderboard inaccuracies.
In no event shall the total liability of Intellorix LLC exceed the amount you paid for the Service within the previous twelve months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intellorix LLC, its members, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
Intellorix LLC may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on wb.intellorix.com.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
